No luck with getting anything to work with manipulation-wise-- I've been very inspired, but I don't have any software to work with. Hopefully that'll change soon. -crosses fingers-

....I didn't sleep through the Illinois earthquake! I'm intensely proud of waking up and going, "seriously, WTF?" before falling back asleep about thirty seconds later. Really, though, there hasn't been an earthquake that large in years... it was a pretty awesome experience.

Also, as you may or may not know, the Day of Silence for the LGBT community is tomorrow. Being Bi, I'm participating, like I did last year. I'm being more open about it [you'll see some photography involving being all decked out for tomorrow] but still, I'm nervous. My parents still don't know I'm Bisexual [not that it's honestly much of a problem for me], and there's a few people I don't really know well who might freak. Then I remember that it really doesn't matter. Love is love, regardless of gender. Who cares? I need to have pride in myself-- so I do.

Just hoping that everyone, regardless of their orientation, finds a purpose in the Day of Silence. Let your silence help end the silence, the fear of being known as who you are. Because the worst thing anyone can do to you is say it's wrong to be who you are.
